We strictly use Azo free Dyes .These are Eco friendly dyes and are totally safe for us and environment.
After having selection of design color and the size of carpet, a full size, color templates will be drafted into the graph by graphic artist for the weavers to see the design and color accurately. This is done by a most dynamic team of young as well as experienced designers.
We feel proud to have a 100% environment friendly washing plant where by we have created the facility of regular, herbal and antique wash.
The process of drying the carpets.
Finishing is the final step of the manufacturing process that gives the carpets the final desirable characteristics, including enhanced appearance and perfection. This is one of the most important processes and requires a thorough checking of each individual rug before the rug goes for final packing. The completed rugs are evened out, trimmed and prepared for export.
After the carpet is finished, it is packed and bailed for exports.
